Transform your signature style into retail-ready, luxury accessories.
I partner with apparel founders to make category expansion feel effortless. From the first sketch to the final sample, I’m here to handle manufacturing-ready details so you can stay focused on your vision.
The Mission:
My goal is simple: to take the stress out of growth. I help brands launch beautiful, profitable headwear and leather collections that feel like a natural—and effortless—extension of their story
The Market Share Takeover: Your 8-12 Week Roadmap
Unlike apparel, headwear and handbags don’t have complex sizing. You don’t have to worry about the "perfect fit" for every body type, which means fewer returns and a much easier path to profit.
-
The Goal: Moving beyond "guessing" to find your brand’s best opportunities. We start by looking at your current collection to find the "white space" or missed opportunities where accessories can actually drive growth. Instead of just adding products for the sake of it, we build a roadmap based on what your customers are already looking for. It’s about making sure your accessory launch is a smart, high-margin move from day one.
-
The Goal: To extend and translate your vision into an accessories line. This is where we get creative. We’ll build out your mood boards and color stories, ensuring your new accessories feel like a natural extension of your clothing line. We focus on selecting the silhouettes and hardware that give your brand that high-end, cohesive lifestyle feel.
-
The Goal: Total clarity before a single stitch is made. I handle the technical heavy lifting here, creating detailed Tech Packs and Bills of Materials (BOMs). We get every detail perfect on paper first so we can avoid "pricey surprises" or manufacturing errors later. It’s my job to make sure the factory understands your vision exactly as you see it.
-
The Goal: Finding the right quality without the "custom" headache. Whether we use your existing suppliers or tap into my global network, I’ll source premium materials that fit your brand’s look. We often look for high-end "in-stock" options to bypass long lead times and high minimums. I manage the back-and-forth with the factory and oversee the sample iterations, so you only see the best, most refined versions.
-
The Goal: Moving your "Gold Standard" into production. This is the big milestone where we review your final samples together to make sure every stitch and material choice is exactly where we want it. Once you’ve given the green light, I’ll package up the full "technical backbone"—including finalized Tech Packs and your sourcing map—for a clean hand-off to your production team. I’ll make sure they have the data-driven blueprints they need to hit the ground running, so you can launch your new category with total confidence.
Results
The Revenue Win: Increased Average Order Value (AOV)
Capture the 'missing half' of every sale by integrating high-margin, coordinated accessories that transform single-garment transactions into complete, high-ticket lifestyle looks. We identify and capture your missing accessory revenue. This ensures more of the customer's outfit spend stays under your roof, driving higher revenue per visitor without any additional marketing spend.
The Result: Higher revenue per transaction without the high cost of acquiring a new customer. You are essentially helping them "get more juice from the squeeze."
The Operational Win: Low-Risk, High-Margin Stability
Apparel is complex—it has multiple sizing structures, high return rates, and seasonal volatility. Luxury accessories (handbags, headwear, jewelry) are the opposite.
The Result: "One-size-fits-all" luxury. These items have much higher profit margins and near-zero return rates compared to clothing. They provide a financial "cushion" that keeps the business profitable even during slow apparel seasons.
The Brand Win: Deepen Brand Loyalty with The "Halo Effect"
Accessories aren't just add-ons; they are the most potent expressions of your brand’s visual language. By introducing custom-engineered handbags and headwear, you cement your position as a complete lifestyle destination.
The Result: You deepen the brand’s storytelling, ensuring your aesthetic is present in every facet of the customer’s life, which reinforces your status as a primary authority in the luxury market.

About Vintini
Hi! I’m Heather Denis. My goal is to help fashion founders bridge the gap between "great idea" and "retail-ready reality." Having led design for iconic SoCal brands like San Diego Hat and Melin, I’ve spent my career perfecting the balance of premium materials, technical construction, and functional style.
I’m here to handle the complex "how" of accessory development so you can focus on the "why" of your brand. If you’re ready to evolve from an apparel line into a full-lifestyle label with a collection built for success, let’s get to work.
P.s.
Why Vintini, you may ask? Well, it comes from my dwarf bunny named Vincenzo. He is a 2 lb. little man with a whole lot of character. The diminutive name just stuck and became the namesake for my company! Thanks Vinny!
